Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHAv3 to prevent bad actors from using our contact form in a malicious way.

Google reCAPTCHA is a service provided by Google Inc. that helps to protect websites from spam and abuse. It does this by collecting information about how visitors use the website and using it to identify suspicious behaviour.

The information collected by Google reCAPTCHA is used to improve the reCAPTCHA service and for spam detection. Google reCAPTCHA will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. For more information on Google reCAPTCHA, please see the Google Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics to collect information about how you use smartbooking365. We do this to help make sure the site is meeting the needs of its users and to help us make improvements.

Google Analytics stores information about:

• the pages you visit on smartbooking365
• how long you spend on each smartbooking365 page
• how you got to the site
• what you click on while you're visiting the site

We do not collect or store your personal information (for example your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.

Azure Application Insights

We use Azure Application Insights to collect information about how you use smartbooking365. We do this to help make sure the site is meeting the needs of its users and to help us make improvements.

Azure Application Insights stores information about:

• how long you spend on each smartbooking365 page
• how you got to the site
• what you click on while you're visiting the site
• errors that happened in our code

We do not collect or store your personal information (for example your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.
